Globitos Store (“Globitos”, “we”, “us”) operates globitos.store, a private wholesale ordering portal for partner stores. This policy explains what information we collect through the portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect the information needed to take and deliver wholesale orders:

• Account information: the username and email address of each partner store account, and its password (stored encrypted).
• Order details: store name, store number, store email, the name of the person placing the order, phone number, corporate account email, shipping address, and the products and quantities ordered.
• Technical information: basic data our hosting provider records automatically for security and reliability, such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of each request.

We do not collect payment card information through the portal. Pricing and invoicing are handled directly by our sales team.

How we use information

• To process, prepare, and ship orders to the correct store.
• To send order confirmations and updates to the ordering contact, the store, and our sales team.
• To manage partner accounts and keep the portal secure.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Cookies

The portal only uses essential cookies that are required for it to work: keeping you signed in and remembering the items in your order. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking pixels.

How we share information

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share information with service providers that help us run the portal and deliver orders, such as our website hosting provider, our email delivery service, and shipping carriers. Data retention

We keep account and order information for as long as the partner account is active and as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

The portal is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access is limited to authorized partner accounts, and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information associated with your account or orders. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The portal works the same way whether or not your browser sends them.
